Golden Residency is a long-term UAE residence route for eligible applicants. Categories include investors, entrepreneurs, skilled professionals, researchers, exceptional talent and outstanding students. Each category has its own evidence and approval requirements.
MNK starts with your background, current residence status and intended category. We help organise the document checklist, identify questions requiring confirmation and explain the submission stages included in your proposal. A company licence alone does not establish Golden Visa eligibility.

What to prepare
The Golden Residency checklist depends on the category. Begin with the evidence supporting your proposed route, then confirm the application requirements with the relevant immigration authority.
ICP Golden Residency categories and requirements
- Proposed category: Explain whether the enquiry concerns investment, entrepreneurship, employment, specialist talent or another eligible route.
- Identity and status: A valid passport, photograph and details of any current UAE residence or application.
- Category evidence: The investment, professional, employment or academic evidence relevant to the selected route.
- Entrepreneur evidence: Where applicable, the auditor’s project-value letter and confirmation from the competent authority or an approved incubator.
- Required endorsements: Any nomination, recommendation or approval specified for the category.
- Application planning: Current expiry dates, family sponsorship needs and availability for any required appointments.

The relevant authority determines eligibility, required evidence, residence conditions and the outcome. Current category-specific requirements must be checked before an application is submitted.

Can I include my family?+
Eligible Golden Residency holders can apply for family residence permits. The documents, relationship evidence, insurance and application requirements need to be checked for each family member. Mention your family plans during the initial discussion so their applications can be considered alongside yours.
What will the service cost?+
The fee depends on the work, complexity and any authority or third-party charges. Request an itemised proposal before authorising the service.
